"I didn’t know I need £5 cash to give driver for Heathrow entry fee. I only received this info 5 mins before driver arrived, and no time to get cash. When I arrived the destination, I ran to airport to get £5 and came back to driver to give it. This info needs to be notified upon booking so that the customer can prepare in advance."
