"No taxi arrived at the booked time. I called the number given for the taxi company (Prorides) and was told that the journey had been rejected by them at 2041 hrs the previous evening. I received no notification of this cancellation and had to book an uber taxi at short notice which ended up costing me a lot more. I have used taxi code for the last 4 years, but I won't ever use you again after being let down like this. I look forward to receiving my refund and an apology for the inconvenience and lack of service."

"I received a text to say that the driver would be waiting outside, with the registration number and make of the vehicle. This was absolutely fine and I strongly believe if I had asked for him to meet me within the terminal this was have been done, but was not necessary.
Very pleasant drivers both there and back from the airport. We have always received great service and would happily recommend. Have learned a lot of facts about Northern Ireland (historical and general) with great recommendations for restaurants etc.
